今個星期係情人節, 較早前我同丙丙一齊想過食乜好, 佢知我鐘意食西餐, 所以本來佢話去Ruth's 到食, 但係情人節呢d日子食西餐, 好多時都會貴一陪或以上的價錢, 我自己覺得因為情人節而要比貴d實在太唔值啦
就係咁, 我地選擇咗去香格里拉到食懷石料理, 事前已經知道中午的set lunch 比晚上正餐平一半, 所以定枱時我地都確定當天係有set lunch.
食懷石料理往往會令人想起日本的溫泉酒店, 但外於香港無溫泉酒店, 所以灘萬張佢引入, 讓食客都可以品嚐高級的懷石料理
我地今次點咗二月份懷石 ($420)同 "紫" 懷石 ($390)
先講二月份懷石:
一上場先來前菜
Boiled vegetable with fried bean curd -- 脆脆地, 好特別
Citrus bean curd with sesame paste - 初初見到白色唔知係d 乜嘢野, 食落去好香柚子味
Deep-fried Japanese ice fish, -- 感覺有小小似鴻星的白飯魚小食
Soup - Clear soup with clam cake, bamboo shoot, seaweed and vegetables
淡淡清甜的蛤,藏在白色肉入面, 再加上海帶同竹荀, 是很美妙的組合
Sashimi - 鯛魚, 甜蝦同油甘魚. 所有刺身都好新鮮, 但有唔算好甜
煮物 -- Simmered radish with prawn, bamboo shoot and carrot.
蝦爽口大隻, 也都保留著應有的纖細質感
酢の物 -- Scallop and tomato salad with dressing, 我無試食到, 但丙丙話帆立貝好鮮甜
燒物 -- Grilled Spanish mackerel with soya bean served with broad bean and sliced radish
用上上等的麵豉醬, 但都不會覆蓋青魚本身的鮮味.
Rice Dish -- Rice with chicken and bamboo shoot soya bean soup and pickles
雖然我無食到, 但係一上桌就好香的飯同雞味,
最後係甜品啦 -- Apple pan-cake served with citrus sherbet.
