豚肉生薑燒

丙丙喜愛食豚肉生薑燒, 每每去到大戶屋都係必點之一. 見佢咁鐘意而做法又咁簡單, 所以決定做番次比佢試下.
(明明張相只係加咗名咁大把... 點解睇落好似怪怪咁)
材料:-
豬肉, 洋蔥, 芝麻
醬汁:-
味醂 1.5湯匙, 麻油1湯匙, 日本醬油1湯匙, 薑蓉1.5茶匙
做法:-
1. 將味醂1湯匙, 日本醬油1湯匙, 料理酒1湯匙, 昆布汁1湯匙, 薑蓉1湯匙及蒜泥小許加入豚肉醃3個鐘或以上.
2. 爆香洋蔥, 上碟備用
3. 煎香豚肉至金黃色, 加入小許酒, 最後加入醬汁.
4. 上碟加入炒香的芝麻
咁就完成啦, 係咪好簡單呢??
