做法
:
1.
加入洋蔥和蒜蓉

炒至洋蔥至軟身倒入白酒
2.
放入青口蓋上煲蓋至青口殼開始開殼及酒精揮發
3.
濃縮後加入忌廉
4.
煮至汁濃縮後

加入番荽

不須下鹽
)
吃之前記得要清洗乾淨
