經一事, 長一智

以.. 今日律師樓終於打番比我, 佢話真係計多咗喎, 以為臨時合約有比stamp duty 喎, 所以咪計咗2次囉.. wah 咁都得??


小妹第一次買樓, 唔知有無人可以答我呢, 係咪律師收以下費用呢?
Registration fee for agreemnt ($210); Assignment ($450); Mortgage ($450)

Search Fee ($265)


仲有丫, 原來唔只咁簡單, 原來仲要比mgt fee deposit, 公共水錶同電錶deposit...


我今日叫佢比番d breakdown 我睇, 佢話好難喎, 都finalize 曬, 好似比人騙咁.


算啦!! 當係經一事, 長一智


後記: 原來佢話無計錯, 一份係assignment, 而另一份係agreement, 所以唔同喎. 而地產果邊confirm 咗人人都係呢個數. 即係無計錯
