米之蓮餐廰 -- Whisk

食西餐, 往往午餐比晚餐抵好多, 今次就試咗响The Mira有米之蓮星星的Whisk

先來一大籃的包, 有各式各樣不同種類




再來一杯開胃的果汁, 酸酸的. 但唔太美味

無影低menu, 上番佢web 到發現唔同咗了, 佢係食時令野, 所以menu都轉得好快.

Starter – 三文魚配上魚子醬及三文魚子好味~~


而我呢個就係用咗魷魚及蕃茄醬再加上打到起泡的蕃茄汁, 醒胃同好美味


Australian Beef Tenderloin – 另加$30, 但份量蠻小, 好彩我唔係大食之人. 好嫩好juicy


呢個係乜東東, 原來係薯仔薄切, 而薯仔與薯仔之間好creamy,好香口.


French Confit Duck – 呢個係一個好花時間的菜, 有機會我都想試下煮, 呢到的油鴨皮脆肉香.


vanilla floating island – 大愛!! 用蛋白打成, 上面撒上花生同果仁. 又香又滑.


之後仲有幾樣甜點, 用來送coffee, 我就點了latte

  4. 我都做過法式油封鴨腿, 因為諗住唔食鴨皮, 所以無煎到好脆.
