今次我地選擇咗去半島酒店, 一去到沒有枱子, 被安排在走廊等待. 唔知道係唔係因為落大雨的關係, 等的人特別多, 我地一度有放棄等待. 但難得來到, 都係要等下去
我們點選咗2人tea set. 佢同其他酒店的tea set 差唔多, 都係有3層
頂層: Strawberry cheese cake, mango sponge cake, chocolate cheese cake, 2 hazelnut macaroon, varlrhona chocolate praline and truffle
中層: 煙三文魚麥包三文治2件, 青瓜三文治2件, mushroom quiche & pastry
下層: 3 個提子muffin with stawberry jam & cream cheese &2 cheese pastry stick
最後係 light tiramisu with green tea 呢個好特別, 有d似apple crumble, 脆脆地, 好好味
我地叫咗earl grey & Peninsula tea , 我覺得Peninsula tea 好飲過earl grey tea
比起island gourmet 我鐘意Peninsula 多d. 論環境, 論食物Peninsula 都係有優勝, 話曬都係六星酒店喎
加上一路聽住樓上演奏的音樂, 一路品嚐如似美味的high tea, 真是人生一大樂事
雖然係有點兒貴, 但係最後我地無食到lunch 同dinner, 所以計落又唔係好貴姐. 仲有係開心唔可以用金錢來衡量的
